Gnome Hunt Raises £1,150 for Junior Achievement!
We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined us at our Gnome Hunt yesterday (Wednesday 29th July) and helped make the event such a fantastic success.
Held at Onchan Park, the gnome-themed trail attracted a brilliant turnout, with families from across the Island coming together to take part in the hunt and enjoy a day of adventure and fun.
One of the highlights for our team was seeing so many children carrying their toy gnomes as they explored the trail, searched for hidden gnomes and enjoyed the experience with family and friends. The atmosphere throughout the day was wonderful, and it was fantastic to see Onchan Park so busy.
Thanks to the incredible support of everyone who attended, we are delighted to share that the event raised an amazing £1,150 for Junior Achievement Isle of Man.
Every pound raised will help us continue delivering programmes that equip young people across the Isle of Man with the skills they need for work and life. Each year, we work with around 5,000 students in every primary and secondary school on the Island, helping them develop skills in financial literacy, employability and entrepreneurship.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to the team at Onchan Park for their support in the lead-up to the event and throughout the day. Their help played a huge role in making the Gnome Hunt possible.
Finally, thank you to everyone who helped spread the word and supported the event in any way. Community support is vital to our work, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who helped bring Gnome Hollow to life.
We loved creating this magical experience for local families and hope everyone who visited enjoyed it just as much as we did.
