Think Big with £50 quid! 

What could you do with just £50 quid and a great idea?

Thanks to the generous support of Zurich, Junior Achievement invites schools, community groups and workplace teams of any age to take part in an exciting new event. We want to challenge you to turn £50 into something bigger through creativity, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking, all while raising funds for Junior Achievement.

The challenge will run from October – December 18th, 2026. Sign up now and get your starter pack!

We will give you £50 in seed funding and the challenge is simple — use it however you like to try and grow it and raise money for Manx charity Junior Achievement. It could be a mini business, a fundraising idea, an event, a product, or something completely unexpected.

There are no limits on creativity — just energy, ideas and action.

We have just forty places available and the challenge is open to schools and youth groups, community organisations and workplace teams. (Anyone under 18 will need to take part with a parent, guardian or responsible adult.) 

There are four cash prizes of £100 (subject to more than 20 teams taking part). This is your chance to try something new, have fun, and see what you can create with a small starting point and a big idea.

Over £400 in Awards

 At the end of the challenge there will be a £100 cash prize for:

 ·        The Think Big Champion - the team that raises the most money

·        The Best Fundraising Idea 

·         Social Media Star - The team that gets their community most involved in their challenge.

·         The Best Community Engagement
