Joy Spence joined Junior Achievement in November 2010 as Programme Manager. More recently, she has taken up the role of Employer Engagement Manager. This role has kindly been supported by the Manx Lottery Trust.
Joy is the primary contact between our volunteer business mentors and students participating in the Company Programme and can often be seen in schools. In 2022, she started working on a new project to help students who are not attending university but want to explore career opportunities in the Isle of Man.
