Stage It! by Junior Achievement Isle of Man gives 11-13 year olds the chance to plan and design their own event.
Students are split into teams of four or five within their classroom and explore everything from marketing and advertising to budgeting and break even. They research what audiences want, choose an act and build a realistic event plan - including costs like travel, venue and event promotion.
They then calculate ticket prices to ensure their event is profitable, developing real-world skills for the workplace such as teamwork, communication, creativity and decision-making along the way.
The programme finishes with group presentations, where students pitch their event through posters and creative adverts like radio, YouTube Shorts or TikToks. Teams will be judged by peers and teachers, and the overall winners are awarded with a prize.
