Building the money skills young people need for the future.
'It's All About Money' introduces young people to the essentials of money management, helping them develop the knowledge and confidence to make informed financial decisions.
Through practical, hands-on activities, students explore everyday financial topics, including spending habits, using a bank account, saving, budgeting and responsible borrowing. The programme also covers credit ratings, dealing with debt, protecting yourself online, identity theft and scams, helping young people understand the financial choices and challenges they may face as they grow older.
Students also explore the cost of living, developing a better understanding of how money impacts everyday life and the importance of making informed decisions.
The programme is delivered by experienced volunteers, many of whom work in the finance sector. By sharing their knowledge and real-world experiences, volunteers help bring financial education to life and give students valuable insights into managing money.
Relaunching in September 2026, 'It's All About Money' continues Junior Achievement Isle of Man's commitment to helping young people build essential financial literacy skills for life.
