What could you do with just £50 and a great idea?

Thanks to the generous support of Zurich, Junior Achievement invites workplace teams, schools, and community groups of any age to take part in an exciting new event.

We challenge you to turn £50 into something bigger through creativity, initiative and entrepreneurial thinking, all while raising funds for Junior Achievement.

The Challenge

The challenge is open from October 12th - December 18th, 2026

You'll receive £50 in seed funding, and then the challenge is simple - use it however you like to try and grow it and raise money for Manx charity Junior Achievement. It could be a mini business, a fundraising idea, and event, a product, or something completely unexpected.

There are no limits on creativity - just energy, ideas and action.

We have just 40 places available and the challenge is open to schools and youth groups, community organisations and workplace teams.

(Anyone under 18 will need to take part with a parent, guardian or responsible adult).

There are 4 cash prizes of £100 (subject to more than 20 teams taking part). This is your chance to try something new, have fun, and see what you can create with a small starting point to a big idea.
